AIIMS PG Counselling 2023 – Eligibility Criteria

• Those who will qualify AIIMS PG 2023 will be considered eligible to participate in the counselling process.
• To qualify the AIIMS PG 2023 entrance exam, you must secure the minimum required percentile which is 50th percentile for all categories.
• Note that merely qualifying the exam does not guarantee the invitation for AIIMS PG counseling.
• Students who will qualify the exam will be called for the open round of counselling.

AIIMS PG Counselling 2023 – Step-wise Procedure

Step 1- Registration

• In order to participate in AIIMS PG counselling 2023, register for the counselling process.
• Only those candidates whose name are included in the two merit lists of AIIMS PG will be eligible to participate in AIIMS PG 2023 counselling.
• login to their ‘MyPage’ portal using their login credentials (Candidate ID and Password).
• Link to ‘MyPage’ will be made available as and when the counselling for AIIMS PG 2023 starts.
• After logging in the counselling link will be activated for those candidates who are eligible to participate. The link will redirect candidates to the online AIIMS PG counselling portal.
• Students will be asked to register for AIIMS PG online counselling and create a new password.
• After successful registration for counselling for AIIMS PG 2023 is complete, you will be able to login to AIIMS PG counselling portal using the newly created password.

Step 2- Making Choice Preferences

• You need to exercise their choice preferences.
• To submit your choices, login to the online AIIMS PG 2023 counseling portal with the new password and click on ‘Make Choices’ tab.
• Add your preferences by clicking on the ‘Add Choice’ button.
• Choose the list of institutes and subject-specialties.
• In order to remove a choice, Press on ‘Delete’ button.
• To save a choice, click on the ‘Save’ button and the saved choices can be rearranged by simply dragging them.
• Choices can be added/deleted/reordered as many times as per the choice of candidates until they click on ‘Submit and Lock’ button.

Step 3- Submitting and Locking Choices

• After saving the final choices, it is advisable to click on ‘Submit and Lock Choices’ to proceed with the AIIMS PG counselling process.
• To lock the choices, You will be required to tick the checkbox which says ‘I accept the declaration’.
• There cannot be any changes made after locking the choices, therefore, candidates must ensure that the choices locked by them are final.
• If in case, you are unable to lock their choices for the counselling for AIIMS PG 2023, then the choices will be saved automatically after the counselling process is over.

Step 4- Viewing and Printing the Choices

• Choices submitted by the candidates can be viewed by them by clicking on ‘View Choices’ button.
• It is advisable to take a printout of the choices locked in the AIIMS PG counselling process for future reference.

 AIIMS PG Seat Allotment 2023

• After the submission of choices, AIIMS New Delhi will be releasing the seat allotment list of each round.
• Seat allotment list will indicate the name of the candidates, Roll No., and the AIIMS Institute allotted to them.
• AIIMS PG 2023 seat allotment list will be only made available in online mode.
• Those who will be allotted a seat will be required to download the offer letter.

 AIIMS PG Seat Allotment 2023:

• After the conclusion of each round of AIIMS PG counseling, you will be asked to choose one option out of four which are given below.
• In order to choose an option, you need to logging to the AIIMS PG 2023 counseling online portal which can be accessed from ‘My Page’ account
• Those who will be allotted a seat in any of the rounds of counseling to retain their seat or to give their consent of continuing in the AIIMS PG counseling process.
