Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test is the actual means of (AP-PGECET). It is state level examination developing by reputed university which is (JNTUK) Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University Kakinada. M.Tecc, ME and M.Pharmacy entrance exam will releasing by the AP. AP-PGECET entrance examination is organized through the JNTUK on the aspect of the (APSCHE) AP State Council of Higher Education. If you are qualified of GATE or GPAT need not to participate in this exam as they are selected on the basis of their score in GATE or GPAT.

PGECET Exam Structure 2016
The entrance examination will release into the two shift morning (10:00am to 12:00noon) and evening (2:00pm to 4:00pm). Details below.
- On 22nd May 2016 exam release first is Environmental Management (EM) or Architecture and Planning (AR) in Morning shift. Second is Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) in evening shift.
- On 23rd May 2016 exam release first is Electronics and communication (EC) or Bio-Tech (BT) or Aerospace (AS) in morning shift. Second is Civil, Mechanical and Electrical in evening shift.
- On 24th May 2016 first is Metallurgy or Instrumentation in morning shift. Second is Nano Technology in evening shift.
- On 25th May 2016 first is Geo Engineering and Geo Informatics or Bio-Medical in morning shift. Second is Chemical and Pharmacy in evening shift.
AP-PGECET 2016 application fee structure
- Application fee for non-reserved candidates want to pay only Rs. (five hundred) 500/-
- Application fee for reserved candidates pay Rs. (two hundred fifty) 250/-
