AYUSH is a partition of the Indian government and is responsible for development, education and research in Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy, Sowa Rigpa (traditional Tibetan medicine) and other original medicine systems in India.

- CBSE conducts the exam every year for providing an admission to various medical or dental colleges in India for MBBS and BDS courses.
- It is estimated that once the proposed system is implemented, no more private examinations will be conducted for filling seats at the various AYUSH colleges.
- Those who are willing wish to get an admission to the BHMS, BAMS or BUMS course in an Indian institution, they will need to register for NEET 2023 and appear in the national level exam.
- Students should check out the NEET Syllabus for effective preparation.
- AYUSH Entrance Exams are conducted at the state level, and college/university level.
- Students who are willing to pursue the education in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy fields they must know about AYUSH entrance exams
- Students need to work hard to appear in them.
- Entrance exams will be organized for UG and PG level.
