Step-1: Registration

Candidates have to register for the counseling at counseling center. To register, applicants haven to fill information like- name, father’s name, date of birth and BCECE 2019 roll number. Also applicants have to fill their mobile number, address, password, etc.

Step-2: Filling of Choices

For filling the choices, candidates are required to using roll number and password. After successful registration, applicants are able to fill and lock the choices. Applicants can take the printout of locked choices for future references.

Step-3: Provisional Seat Allotment

After filling and locking the choices, candidates are able to get provisional allotment letter. Nw, report to the assigned counseling venue along with provisional allotment letter for handwriting verification. The counseling venue is printed in the allotment letter.

Step-4: Handwriting Verification

Applicant’s handwriting is verified before the final seat allotment. Handwriting verification is done to ensure that right applicant is appearing in counseling.

Step-5: Final Seat Allotment

Applicants can now check their final allotment letter. To download the final allotment letter, candidates need to login their account. After this, applicants have to report to the specified counseling center for document verification and other formalities of admission process.
