MBA Programme:

Qualifying Exam: 

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream from recognized university.

Minimum Marks: 

One should obtain the minimum of 50% marks.

Appearing Students: 

Final year students can also apply.

Other PG Courses:

Qualifying Exam: 

Pass the Bachelor’s Degree in their respective stream from a recognized university.

Minimum Marks: 

Should pass the qualifying examination with at least 50% marks.

Complete process to fill Chitkara University Admission Form 2019

• Admission form can be filled through offline and online mode.
• Get the application form from various designated book shops given on the website.
• You need to register at the very first day of the starting date of academic session.
• Incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.
• You must attach two passport sized photograph with name and date of birth on the reverse.
• Submit the application form along with required documents in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.

Documents attached with the admission form:

• Certificate and Mark sheet of class 10th and 12th
• Mark sheet of graduation (for PG courses only)
• Migration certificate from last attended university/college
• Rank card of qualifying examination (admit card if the result is not announced)

Application fee:

The application fee is different for all offered courses.

• For B.E programme: Pay the estimate fee of Rs. 2500/- non-refundable fee at the time of counselling.
• For MBA programme fee estimate fee Rs. 1100/- in cash.

Admission Procedure:

• Admission procedure will be commenced after the application has been received in the admission office within the due date from the eligible students.
• Admission will be based on the marks scored by the students in their academics and any national level entrance exam.
• On the basis of these factors, a separate merit list will be prepared for admission.

Admission Counseling

The counseling will be started after declaration of merit list. In the counseling, the seats will be allotted to the shortlisted applicants on the basis of their rank and selected course. Applicants have to carry their original documents with one set of photocopies for the verification. The final seat will be allotted to the applicants only after the submission of the counseling fee at the time of counseling.

Exam Merit List

The university will prepare the merit list on the basis of applications received from the applicants. Separate merit list will be prepared for the applicants those applying on the basis of the JEE Mains, NATA and any other national level exam.
