Three section are covered in this examination which are:- Reasoning, Current Affairs, Numerical Ability
(1). Reasoning:- Question will comes from Analogies, differences and similarities, spatial visualization, problem solving, spatial orientation, analysis, decision making, judgment, visual memory, discrimination, observation, arithmetic reasoning, relationship concepts, verbal and figure classification, non-verbal series, arithmetic number series, statement conclusion, coding and decoding, syllogistic reasoning.
(2). Numerical Ability:- Questions will comes from number of system, decimal and fractions and relationship between numbers, computation of whole numbers, percentages, fundamental arithmetical operations, averages, ratio and proportion, profit and loss, mensuration, discount, time and ration, time and distance, time and work etc.
(3). Current Affairs or General Knowledge:- Questions will comes from to test the ability of the applicant’s general awareness of environment around him and its application to society. The exam will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries to History, Geography, Culture, Economic Scene, Scientific Research and General policy.
