GATE 2023-24 Eligibility Criteria: Age, Limit & Qualifying Degree Criteria, Candidates wishing to apply for the GATE examination can check the GATE 2023-24 Eligibility criteria from here. Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering also referred as GATE is a national level entrance test which is regulated by IITs & IISC rotationally.
This exam will be conducted for those aspirants looking for admission in M.Tech/ME and other programmers provided by IITs, NITs and other institutions and colleges. here we are providing details about GATE Eligibility 2023-24.
Eligibility Criteria GATE 2023
Degree in Engineering/Technology or postgraduate (M.Sc.) degree in any relevant science subject.
Note: – Eligibility criteria as application shall only be uploaded in the application and NOT be sent by post. If a student is pursuing any higher degree or already obtained a degree higher than that mentioned in the above table.
Then the student can select the minimum required qualifying degree while filling the application form. In case, a student has completed one of the qualifying examinations as mentioned above in 2016 or earlier, he/she has to submit the degree certificate/provisional degree certificate/course completion certificate/membership certificate issued by the society or institute. In case, the student is expected to complete on of the qualifying criteria in 2019 or letter as mentioned above, he/she has to submit provisional certificate letter (as shown below) or a copy of marks card for section AA of AMIE etc.
students with backlog (arrears/failed subject) in any of the papers in their qualifying degree should upload a copy of any of the mark sheet of the final year issued from the institute where studying. Internet downloaded mark sheet shall not be accepted.
