Complete process to fill Haryana D.EL.ED Exam 2023 Application Form

• Students should apply only through an online application process available on website www.dedharyana.org or link through council website www.scerthr.gov.in
• Fill their category properly to avail the benefit of reserve category.
• You must retain a copy of his/her Online Application Form.

Registration & Counselling Fee

• General Category: Rs. 500
• SC & BC and differently abled category contender: Rs. 275

Service Charges as per Payment Mode

• Credit/ Debit Card charges will be 1.75% on the Fee Amount
• Net Banking can be done only for Axis Bank Account Holders: Nil

Eligibility Criteria

Admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana and outside.

(I) Diploma-in-Education (D.Ed)

Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit/ (10+2) or its equivalent exam with five subjects including English as one of the subjects.

(II) Diploma in Education (Urdu):- D.Ed. (U)

Passed Urdu in (10th class) Exam from the Board of School Education Haryana Bhiwani or any other board having the equivalence of their exam with the Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani.

Estimate Reservation of Seats

(SC) : 20%

Backward Classes:

• Block- A (BCA) – 16%
• Block-B (BCB) – 11%

Physically Challenged (PHC):- 3%

• Blindness or no vision (BL) – 1.5
• Locomotive Disability (LD) – 1.5%

Merit List

Merit List will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 exam stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational) and distribution of seats in each institute will be as under:-

• Commerce: 28%
• Arts: 40%
• Vocational: 02%

Admission Process

Admission will be made on the basis of relative merit (stream wise) on the basis of marks obtained in five subjects including English and concerned stream subjects in 10+2 exam

Credentials Required at the time of obtaining Admission:

• A copy of the Online Application Form & Allotment Letter.
• Attested photocopy of 10+2/ Sr. Secondary school certificate.
• Attested photocopy of an official document for the reserved category of Haryana resident.
• Attested copy of the official document of good conduct issued by the Principal of the Institution.
• Attested photocopy of the Haryana residence official document.
• For applicants belonging to SC attested copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority
