Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The applicant must have a working knowledge of either English or Hindi or both. Applicant should have graduation/post-graduation degree from a recognized university.

(1). Science Stream: BCA/B.Sc./B.Sc.(IT)/BE/B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Sc.(IT)/MCA/M.Tech (with or without B.Ed.)

(2). Arts Stream: BA, MA (with or without B.Ed.)

Indian Army Age Criteria

Civilian Candidates: 20 to 25 years of age as on 1^st October 2017, that is applicants born between 1^st October 1992 and 30 September 1997 inclusive of both dates.

Serving Combatants on Remusteration: 20 to 28 years of age as on 1^st October 1970 that is applicants born between 1^st October 1989 and 30 September 1997 inclusive of both dates.

Indian Army Physical Standards

The country has been divided into regions. Region wise minimum physical standards are mentioned below:

Physical Fitness Tests (PFT)

As Part of screening process the applicant will be subjected to PET. Applicants are required to quality in all physical fitness test. Marks obtained in PFT will not be considered while finalizing the final merit. The following tests will be conducted in accordance with the laid down standards.

• 6 km running
• Pull up (Beam)
• Balance
• 9 feet ditch

Online registration and application will remain open from May 2023. Rally Scheduled (Preliminary screening) will be notified on the website.
