JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2023 (Complete Details)

Qualification Criteria:

Qualifying Test: It is must for the applicants to pass the intermediate exam/qualifying test with 5 subjects to be eligible for JEE main 2023.

Subject details: The qualifying test must be completed/appearing with Chemistry/Physics and Mathematics subjects.

Passing Year: Those who have appeared and done the higher secondary exam in 2017 and 2018 are also eligible to JEE main. Moreover, applicants appearing the final examination of 12th in 2023 can also fill the JEE Main application form.

Diploma Holder: If you have done diploma may also apply for this test, but only eligible for admission to IITs.

Age Criteria for JEE Main

Date of Birth (DOB): Applicants those born on or after 1st October 1993 are eligible for writing the JEE Main test.

Relaxation Follow: Five-year relaxation shall be provided in the upper age of reserved category (SC/ST &PWD) that is DOB falls on or after 1st October 1988.

JEE Main Counselling Programs 2023

JoSAA/CSAB are the authorities which organize the centralized counselling for admission to NITs/IITs/IITS and CFTIs. Admission will be offered to the applicants based on AIR and choices filled by them. To get seats, it is mandatory for the applicants to participated in counselling and seat allocation procedure.
