Karnataka Polytechnic Admission Counseling 2023
Admission will be offered on the basis of score of students in 10th board class. Several government/private colleges consider the merit prepared by the DTE. Karnataka Polytechnic is a state-level admission procedure regulated by the Directorate of Technical Education, Karnataka. It will be organized for admission in the first year of engineering and non-engineering diploma courses.

Selection Process:
- Students will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by them in the SSLC or equivalent exam
- You may choose their seats in various colleges, according to their priority.
- Performance of students in matric exam will be considered for offering admission into various polytechnic institutions in the state.
- A separate merit list will be maintained on the basis of which 50% seats will be provided to students on the basis of marks in 10th board exam.
- Remaining 50% seats will be reserved for the various groups of society.

Karnataka Polytechnic Admit card
- You may download the admit card/hall ticket through the official portal of conducting authority.
- Those who successfully submitted the application they can only download their hall ticket from the portal.
- Hall ticket is a compulsory document it contains related detail such candidates name, centre, roll number, centre, address, the birth of date etc.
- Those students will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall without the Karnataka Polytechnic Admit Card and a valid photo identity proof.
- Students are advised to keep printed copies of hall ticket for further use.
- Students who have successfully registered for the exam will be able to get the Karnataka Polytechnic hall ticket.
- Students can get admit card via online mode through the website
