NEET Application Form Correction 2018-19 : Correction Date, Exam Date, The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test commonly known as NEET is conducted by the CBSE, Delhi in replacement of All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) for the year of 2018-19 session. [News 2016 Session] NEET Medical Exam 2016 will be released in two parts which means NEET phase-1, 2016 and NEET phase-2, 2016. Decided the Supreme Court of India, AIPMT will now be treated as NEET phase-1, 2016.
The NEET examination 2016 part-1 is now completed or over and the applicants who are fill or appear NEET phase-2, 2016 can fill the online form in the month of May to June 2017 (tentative), Exact date will be update after announce NEET offcial notice. NEET Application Form Correction 2018-19 : Correction Date, Exam Date
Applicants who have received the SMS and E-mail from Central Board of Secondary Education regarding form correction should re-upload the scanned documents within 3 days. All applicants are advised to fill the form carefully, if you have entered wrong some entries, they applicants have chance to rectify them within correction time. The conducted board has given the one chance for correction in the field of DOB, State Code of Eligibility, Category, Disability Status and Gender.

At the time of application form filling up the NEET UG 2019, you should be very careful. Do not think that you will get an opportunity to make corrections in the application form, and so take filling up the form process seriously. How to Recover NEET Application Form Password 2019
The candidates will need the password and registration-ID to make the required changes in the application form of NEET 2019. In case any applicants have forgotten the password of NEET 2019 registration. Following are the methods that can be adopted to recover the password.
Process-1|| Through Security Question: The applicants need to enter the NEET registration number 2019, DOB, Security question and answer which they filled during the registration process, enter security pin and click on submit.
Process-2|| Via One Time Password (OTP): Through this method, OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the applicants using which they will be able to recover the password. The password can be changed also through the process. The OTP will be valid for one login period on a computer or other digital device.
Process-3|| Forget Mobile Number and Email-ID: Candidates will have to provide the NEET registration No, name, DOB, father and mother’s name in relevant field along with security pin.
How to correction in NEET application form
- Go to the official page of NEET.
- Candidate login link.
- Enter your valid registration ID and password.
- Now, correct your wrong details in application form.
- Applicants are correct the mistakes carefully as no 2nd chance will be provided further.

after I finished furnishing all the my details , i got a preview of ‘ you have successfully registered for NEET 2017’ . In that my details were correct and so i took a Xerox copy of that. Now i opened my user id and i saw that my details- date of birth, percetage of marks, aadhaar card number , my registration number- are totally different .. But my name and address are correct. My eligibity for seats for MBBS/BDS is not available in telangana, as it is mentioned in the self declaration. I request to have the eligibility for MBBS/BDS seat in telangana state which is my home state , born and educated here. I by mistake declared that I am not eligible for MBBS/BDS seats in telangana, so I want to have the correction for the same please.
