NEET PG 2018-19 as laid by the test organizing authority, NBE-National Board of Examinations. NEET PG is a single entrance examination to various MS/MD and Postgraduate Diploma courses, as per the directives of Supreme Court.

NEET Postgraduate 2018 will enable admissions to all privates, government and deemed medical colleges across the India country. Applicants are advised to carefully read the NEET PG eligibility conditions as mentioned below before online applying NEET PG 2018.

NEET-PG Eligibility Criteria 2018-19 : Age Limit, Qualification

Eligibility of NEET-PG 2018-19

  • Applicants must have a possession of MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate recognized according to the provisions of the IMC- Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
  • Applicants must possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by MCI or State Medical Council (SMI)
  • Applicants must have done one year of compulsory rotating internship or likely to complete the internship on or before 31st March 2018.
  • Applicants found to be ineligible at any stage of NEET PG will not be permitted to appear in the test or counselling period.
  • Applicants who have completed MBBS from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir and Telangana are not eligible for All India Quota 50% seats. However, the applicants who were nominated by the government of India “under central pool seats” to do MBBS from medical colleges in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir are eligible. But such applicants must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring that he/she was nominated by the government of India send it to the Deputy Director, NBE. Medical Enclave, Ansari Nagar, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-29 along with the printout of application form.
  • Registration and appearance in NEET-PG does not confer any automatic rights upon the applicant for admission at the medical institute or MS/MD or diploma programme.
  • In an unlikely event of any ineligible applicant appearing in the test, the result of such applicants will be cancelled.
  • The dates indicated by the applicant with regard to one year of rotating internship. That is a start date and complete date will be treated as final and applicants will be required to submit the original documents at the time of counselling.
  • Registration with MCI/SMC is necessary and a document proof should be furnished at the time of counselling.
