PES University will conduct the counselling of PESSAT 2019 in offline mode for the qualified students of the entrance exam. PESSAT counselling  will be conducted in two rounds according to the ranks of students in which, those having ranks above 5000 will be invited for round 2. Round 1 of counselling will be conducted on June 2 & 3 and round 2 will be conducted in the third week of July 2019.

To participate in PESSAT 2019 counselling, you need to register first, followed by the selection of seats. Since the counselling process will be in offline mode and will be at the campus, students will be advised to be patient. Seats will be allotted under PESSAT counselling 2019 on the basis of students ranks in PESSAT, choice filling and availability of seats.

Counselling Details 

PESSAT 2019 Counselling will be organized through offline mode. PESSAT (PES Scholastic Aptitude Test) will be administered by the PES University. To get admission in various UG & PG professional courses, the university will conduct the PESSAT entrance exam every year. For different programmes, PESSAT will be performed on diverse dates.

Documents to be carried to PESSAT 2019 counselling

• 2 separate Demand Drafts (DDs) in favour of PES UNIVERSITY
• Hall Ticket and Rank Card of PESSAT 2019
• 10+2 or equivalent exam (PUC) marks
• Class 10th marks card (SSLC)/ Birth Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• College Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Passport Size Photos 4 Copies each of both
• Aadhaar card

PESSAT Counselling Procedure 2019

Step 1 – Reporting to the institute allotted :

 You need to report to the institute allotted at the time specified for counselling purpose.

Step 2 – Registration : 

• After reporting, students will be required to register for PESSAT 2019 counselling by using their registration number and date of birth. 
• You have to select seats on the basis of their preference. 
• To complete the registration process, you need to produce the required DDs.
• Without DDs, the seat selection will not be allowed. 
• Authorities will collect DD’s from students only if he or she avails a seat in the seat selection process.
• If he or she rejects the seat or chooses to attend round 2 of PESSAT counselling 2019, then he or she can take back both the DD’s with them.

Step 3 – Seat taking process :

Students will be required to either accept or reject the seats allotted to them.

While accepting/ rejecting seats, they need to follow the options given below:

• Option A: Take the seat allotted, submit both the DDs, all the original documents and complete the admission process.
• Option B: Take the allotted seat, submit both the DDs along with attested copies of all original documents.
• Seat will be cancelled if original documents will not be submitted. This is provisional admission process.
• Option C: Reject the allotted seat as the desired seat is not available or for any other reasons.
• Option D: Reject the allotted seat and choose to attend round 2 of counselling.
