Name of the Post: Group-D

Post Criteria: Heper, Trac Maintainer, Hospital Attendant, Assistant Pointsman, Gateman, Portar/Hamal/Sweeper cum Porter.

Education Qualification: 10^th Pass from a recognized board, 12^th Pass from a recognized board, Graduate Degree from a recognized University, Higher Qualification/Diploma acquired from a recognized University or Institution.

Physical Standard Details Group-D Recruitment

For Male Candidates:

• Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 02 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
• Should be able to run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds in one chance

For Female Candidates:

• Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 02 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
• Should be able to run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds in one chance

Railway Group-D Salary Criteria

As per notification Rs.18000/- (Level 1 of 7^th CPC Pay Matrix) Apart from this, each employee will get TA, DA, HRA as per current rule.

Selection Process of RRC Group-D Recruitment 2018

The recruitment of Group-D staff will comprise of a Computer Based Test (CBT) or written test followed by Aptitude/Speed/Skill Test (Wherever applicable), Document verification and Medical Examination.
