Documents Required at the time of counseling

Students have to bring the given documents at the time of SRMEEE counseling 2018 procedure:

5. Passport size photograph (same Affixed in the Application)
6. 10^th and 12^th mark sheets & passing certificate
7. Demand draft in favor of “SRMIST”, payable at Chennai.

SRMJEEE counseling 2018

On the basis of the performance in the entrance exam, shortlisted students will be called for the SRM counseling procedure. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance in the examination. The counseling will be held through online or offline mode. The on-campus counseling will be held in the month of May 2018 and online counseling will be conducted from 11^th May 2018 (tentative), the counseling schedule details will be published along with the result declaration. SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling Rounds 

Students will be called for the SRMJEEE counseling 2018 process according to the rank & seat allocation. To appear in the admission process. Students have to bring the call letter. The call letter will be provided through online mode from the main page. Students have to attend the counseling process physically; no other person will be allowed the SRMJEEE 2018 counseling in place of the students.

1. After the successful verification of the documents, the seats will be allotted to the students.
2. The seat will be confirmed only after the fee submission.
3. To confirm their seats, students have to submit Rs. 100000 as admission fee.
4. The seat will be allotted the students on the basis of the rank, category, reservation, etc.
5. Students whose name in the merit list has to report at the allocated center.
6. The admission into B.Tech program will be strictly on the merit list.
7. After the seat allotment, students will be verification by the conducting authority.
8. After the completion of the first round of counseling, the second-round counseling will be conducted for left seat.
9. Students will be called for the SRM counseling as per the order of their merit list & seat will be allotted in the same order.
