(1). That all applicants should have the original mark sheet of the qualifying exam at the time of counselling whenever he/she is reporting on scheduled date and time at the counselling venue.

(2). That the provisional mark sheet copy of qualifying test may be considered valid if it is duly verified with the stamp by the respective principal of the college at the time of counselling. The counselling coordinators must also verify the scores online at the counselling venue.

(3). That if the applicant is unable to report to the counselling venue on the providing date as per his/her rank due to any reason, he/she may report on a later date until 28^th June 2017 but he/she may be eligible for counselling only for the available seats on that day.

(4). That the applicant should be told to report to the allotted B.Ed. college with their original certificate for verification.
