NDA Physical Standard Test 2018-19 : Age Limit, Body Tattoos, Written Test, The applicants who are interested or join National Defense Academy have to appear in the entrance examination organized by the UPSC: Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi. The commission schedules the examination twice in a one year which means NDA-1 Exam April and NDA-2 Exam September.

NDA Physical Conditions
Applicants are advised to keep themselves in good physical criteria, by following the routine as check below.
- Race 2.4 KM in 15 Minutes.
- Skipping.
- Chin ups (8-minimum).
- Pushups and sit ups (minimum 20 each).
- Rope climbing 3 to 4 meters.
Body Tattoos:
Permanent body tattoos are acceptable only inner face of forearm any other part of the body are not acceptable.
