Before filling the form, the applicant qualifications –

I hereby declare that

1. My age is between 20 to 25 years.
2. My highest educational qualification XII (Intermediate) is near. An educational institution located in Bihar, I currently am not enrolled for any course.
3. I’m unemployed and do not have any self-employment.
4. I make any allowance/stipend or any type of financial support from the government will not be the beneficiary.
5. I am a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
6. I age, qualifications attested photocopies of the documents have been submitted by the following methods
7. A) XII (Intermediate) close result 
8. B) To the tenth Result
9. C) Permanent Residential Certificate
10. D) Bank passbook photocopy of the first page of my name, address and account details by showing.
11. Employment (permanent/temporary) or being self-employed, or any of the eligibility criteria of being in non-compliance at the end of the month to benefit from the transfer to the government to inform my responsibility.
12. I confirm that the information given in the application are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Any inconsistency/fraud found during the verification of the details of the case, the prosecution and I will be liable to punishment according to the law of the land.

I hereby declare that:

1. Today at my age (date of application) as well as between 20 to 25 years.
2. I have a teaching institute in Bihar have completed class XII. I neither have completed higher education nor do I currently am enrolled in higher education anywhere.
3. I’m looking for a job. I have neither any organization (private or public, regular or contract) nor am I am working for the self-employed.
4. I am a government-sponsored / provided TA/scholarship / credit card/skill development training, neither I nor any other government aid’m taking.
5. I am a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
6. My educational qualification, age and residence in Bihar have provided accurate information about. I will take that original certificate. (I) XII/proof of passing Class X, (ii) proof of address, (iii) and any other required by the card (which will be presented) at self-attested copies of documents during verification DRCC.
