Air Force common admission test is a written test conducted by Air Force twice a year. AFCAT can give wings to the dream of students who wish to make their career in the Air Force. This entrance exam is for candidates who are graduated.

AIR Force Online Application Form 2024

Applicants can apply for as commissioned officer in flying, ground duty(technical), ground duty(non-technical).the examination is conducted twice a year in the month of February and August by the Indian air Force. Those who are interested can apply for AFCAT 2024 on or before the last date.

AFCAT 2024 I & II Exam Date:

Complete process to fill AFCAT 2024 Application Form:

• Application form for AFCAT will be available twice a year.
• AFCAT 1 form will be released in the month of December and examination will be held in February.
• AFCAT 2 form will be released by the month of June and examination will be held in October.
• Students can register themselves through the official website of an Indian air Force.
• You need to prepare themselves for the physical and mental fitness as well as their academics.
• Open the official website of AFCAT: www.afcat.cdac.in
• On the home page you need to press on notifications and read carefully
• After that press on the notification and fill the application form
• You need to register themselves by filling information such as email-id, mobile no. etc.
• Submit the registration form.
• After that a new registration id and password will be sent to students through mail and text message on mobile
• Login using new registration id and password
• Fill details asked in Air Force common admission test form
• Upload the scanned documents like signature and passport size picture.
• Pay the application fee
• Submit your application form
• At the end take out the print out of Air Force common admission test application form

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must fulfilling the criteria must only apply for the examination.

Nationality: 

Students should be the citizen of India

Flying branch:

• Graduation with aggregate 60% in any discipline with physics and maths in 10+2 level or BE / B Tech degree (Four year course) from a recognized University
• Age of the candidate should be not more than 23 years.

Technical branch (ground duty):

• Four-year graduation course in engineering/technology.
• Age must be between 18-28 years.

Non-technical (Ground duty):

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Age must be between 20-23years.
• Applicants must be physically and mentally fit.
• Physically challenged applicants are not applicable to the exam.

Application Fees Details:

Fees can be submitted through online mode by debit card, credit card, net banking etc. the application fee is Rs. 250 for all students of all categories.

Selection Process:

Applicants need to first given entrance exam after that they would be called for SSB interview.

Air Force Online Admit Card:

• Air Force Online admit card will be made available on the official site 7-10 days before the exam.
• Admit card won’t be sent through the post.
• Read the guidelines before downloading the admit card.
• Admit card will get downloaded using the application number and password/date of birth.
• Hard copy of the admit card needs to be carried by students to the exam hall along with some ID proof.
• Without hall ticket will not be allowed to attend the exam. Keep the admit card safe for future reference.

Air Force Online Result:

Result would be declared on the official website .Conducting authority will release the result as well. Visit the official website of AFCAT to check the result which will decide your future. To check the result you need to enter their registration id and password. Applicants who will qualify the exam will be called for the SSB process.
