BHU SET Admission 2023: Application Form Released, Eligibility, Last Date Over

BHU SET Admission 2023, The BHU is all set to release the admission notification for the Girls and Boys applicants in classes 6^th, 9^th, and 11^th in the Central Hindu Girls’ School and Central Hindu Boys’ School. BHU for Admission to CHGS & CHBS School in VI, IX, and XI classes organizes the Common Entrance Test called SET.

The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will be announced the detailed admission notification along with the School Entrance Test Information Bulletin 2021, for admission into different streams of the SET exam 2023. The applicants shall be able to download/obtain the SET admission Prospectus from the website when they will announce at the official website of the department.

BHU SET Admission Criteria 2023

BHU Set admission on the basis of the marks obtained. The merit list will be drawn for admission in each class and the applicants will be given a seat in the concerned class strictly on the basis of this merit. In case of a tie the Banaras Hindu University Guidelines will be followed. For admission in class 6^th, 9^th and 11^th.

The applicants will have to come for counseling and they will be offered seats in the class/subject combination of their choice strictly according to their merit ranking so long as the seats remain available. BHU has made a portal through which all online applications will be made. Applicants are advised to apply for BHU SET through this website only as the form sent in any other mode will not be accepted. Coming to the BHU SET application fee, applicants will have to make payment of Rs.400/- whereas, this amount is Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates. The payment of the application fee will be made through either credit card /debit card/HDFC bank challan.

BHU SET Seat Reservation 2021

• 15% seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste applicants
• 05% seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribe applicants
• 03% seat are reserved for Physically Challenged (PC) applicants
