CLAT application Form 2024… CLAT application Form.. Common Law Admission Test or CLAT will be organized by 21 National Law Universities. Every year huge number of students appears for CLAT to seek admission in the courses of integrated law in at UG and PG levels.

CLAT Application Form 2024 will released most probably in the second week of January.  CLAT 2024 application form will be the same whether the candidate is seeking admission to undergraduate or postgraduate course; one can select the course at the time of filling the form.

Before proceeding to fill the form, it is recommended that the CLAT aspirant need to ensures their eligibility as per the course they are applying to. CLAT application form 2024 will be invited for filling around various UG and PG seats offered by the 21 participating institutes.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. It is a well-known law entrance exam. It is conducted by National Law Universities (NLUs). The entrance exam is held every year on a rotational basis. It offers admission to the applicants who want to apply in integrated LL.B and LL.M course.

CLAT 2024 Exam Dates:

Complete process to fill CLAT 2024 Application Form:

• CLAT 2024 Application Form will be provided through the online mode from the official portal.
• Application form will be provided in the first week of 2024 (tentative).
• Make sure for scanning the documents such as the photograph, signature, and domicile certificate before filling the application form.
• Submit the Common Law Admission Test form on time or else it will be considered non-applicable.
• Applicants need to ensure for sending the application form via offline mode as online is the valid mode to send the form.
• There is no need to send the application form through an offline process.

CLAT  Application Fee:

• UR/OBC/SAP category need to submit Rs. 4,000 as an application form fee
• Students need to pay Rs. 3,500 for those who belong to SC/ST category.
• Pay the amount for the application form via challan or through online mode.
• There may be additional charges for the transitions. Fee won’t be refunded.

CLAT Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants may check the below-given eligibility & criteria for the CLAT exam.:

For UG Programmes:

• Passed 10+2 or equivalent
• Those who are appearing for 10+2 or equivalent exam can also apply for the exam.
• Age limit is not a standard to worry.

For PG Programmes:

• Those who have passed with the LL.B. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks can fill the application form and 50% marks is for those belonging to the categories like SC and ST
• Those who are applying in the exam can also apply for CLAT 2024
• Applicant need to show the proof of the qualifying examination during the time of admission.
• Age limit is not the criteria to worry.

Common Law Admission Test Admit Card:

• Applicants can download Common Law Admission Test admit card using the online mode from the official website.
• There will be the availability of hall ticket from the April month during the third week.
• There will not be the availability of the admit card via any of the modes such as e-mail or post.
• Make sure for carrying hall ticket along with you during the time of exam as it is the obligatory document for students .
• Applicants need to avail the mentioned documents such as Aadhar card/ Passport/ voter id/ Driving license along with hall ticket

CLAT Exam Pattern 2024

CLAT 2024 will be purely computer-based exam. Exam will be organized via online mode which will be done in the English medium.

UG Programmes:

• Exam in the UG level will be of 200 marks overall.
• 1 marks will be allotted for every correct answer
• Deduction of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
• Exam duration is 2 hours.

Marks Criteria for UG programme:

• English Comprehension for 40 Marks
• General Knowledge and Current Affairs for 50 Marks
• Elementary Maths including Numerical Ability for 20 Marks
• Legal Aptitude for 50 Marks
• Logical Reasoning for 40 Marks

For PG programmes:

• Exam in the PG level will be of 150 marks overall.
• For every correct answer 1 mark will be given
• Deduction of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

CLAT Result 2024:

Common Law Admission Test Result 2024 will be announced in the third week of May year 2024.
