NET Exam Pattern. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Human Resource Development Group UGC: University Grant Commission (JRF) NET test for award of JRF:- Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship Shall be single subject test having multiple choice questions (MCQs) or Objective type questions. CSIR question paper is divided into three important Parts like a Part-A, Part-B and Part-C scheduled given below.
Part-A:- This session shall carry 20 question pertaining to Quantitative Reasoning, General Science (GS) and Analysis and Research Aptitude test. Aspirants shall be required to answer any 15 questions. Each question shall be of two marks. The total score allocated to this section or part shall be 30 out of 200 questions.
Part-B:- This session shall contain 50 multiple choice questions (MCQs) or objective type questions normally covering the topics given in this syllabus. A aspirants shall be need to answer any 35 question. Each questions shall be of 2 marks. The total score allocated to this section or part shall be 70 out of 200 questions.
Part-C:- This session shall carry 75 questions that are designed to test a applicants knowledge of scientific concepts or application of the scientific concepts. The questions shall be of analytical nature where a candidates is expected to apply the scientific knowledge to arrive at the solution to provide scientific problems. Applicants shall be need to answer any 25 questions, each question shall be of 4 marks. The total score allocated to this section or part shall be 100 out of 200 questions.
