Educational Qualifications for Assam Teacher Bharti:
Assistant Teacher of LP Schools: Candidates must pass the Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 2 years in Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized university.
Assistant Teacher of UP Schools: Candidates must complete the graduate of the UGC recognized university and a 2-year Diploma in B.Ed. conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Science Teacher of UP Schools: Candidates must complete the B.SC from any recognized university and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education and pass in TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Assamese Language Teacher of UP: Candidates must complete Graduate from any recognized university and have Assamese as one subject and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education passed in Assam TET conducted by Assam.
Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools: Candidates must complete from UGC recognized University having Manipuri as one of the subjects and a 2-year Diploma in Education.
There is no application fee for the categories of General, OBC, SC, or ST candidates as per Government rules.
Pay Scale: The salary for the post of Assistant Teacher of LP schools and Assistant of Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher is 14,000 to 60,500/- per month.
