Eligibility Criteria for Delhi Police Recruitment

Constable: The candidate age should be in between 18 years to 24 years. The candidate must complete 12th standard from any recognized board and must possess a valid Driving License for LMV.

Stenographer: The candidate age should be in between 18 years to 25 years. The candidate must complete graduation and have knowledge of shorthand and Typing 80/40 WPM for English and 80/30 WPM for Hindi. The knowledge of account and office procedure is mandatory.

Sub Inspector: The candidate age should be between 20 years to 25 years. The candidate must complete graduation degree along with a valid Driving License for LMV.

Head Constable: The candidate should be 20 years and a maximum age should be 27 years. The candidate must have 12th standard from recognized university.

Ministerial: The age of the candidate must be in between 18 years to 25 years. The candidate must complete 12th standard and have knowledge of typing 30 WPM for English and 25 WPM for Hindi. The candidate must have the knowledge to manage account and office procedure for Ministerial.

To apply for women Sub Inspector(Executive), graduation is required.

For Male

• Applicant age should be up to 30 years, the candidate be able to do 1600 Mts race in 07 minutes, long jump 12’6″ and high jump 3’6″.
• Candidates age should be above 30 to 40 years, the candidate be able to do 1600 Mts race in 08 minutes, long jump 11’6″ and high jump 3’3″
• The candidate age should be 40 years, and the candidate should be able to do 1600 Mts race 09 minutes, long jump 10’6″ and high jump 3

Female candidates

• The age up to 30 years, and the candidate should be able to do race in 800 Mts in 05 minutes, long jump 9 feet, and high jump 3 feet
• The candidate age should be 30 to 40 years, and the candidate should be able to do race 800 Mts in 06 minutes, long jump 8 feet and high jump 2’6″
• The candidate age above 40 years, and the age should be able to do race 800 Mts in 07 minutes, long jump 7 feet and high jump 2’3″

The candidate will submit the application fee by using debit card, credit card, and internet banking.

For General/EWS/OBC category candidates: 100/-

For SC/ST/PWD category candidates: No fee
