All those who will qualify Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance examination will participate in Counselling for allowance of seats on merit cum choice basis.
DNB CET Counselling 2023
On the basis of presentation in entrance exam, seat allotment process at different NBE recognized Medical Colleges/Institutions will take place. It is compulsory to carry listed documents at time of appearing for Counselling session. Counselling will be based on marks obtained by students in entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria to participate in Counselling:

| 1st Round | DNB CE Seat Allotment is based on merit cum choice basis. |
| 2nd Round | Those appeared in 1st Round of counselling either in-person or through online (opt out) may take part in 2nd round of Counselling. Those who have scored the merit position from 6001 to last qualified & satisfied eligibility criteria for admission at various NBE accredited Medical Colleges /Institutions /Hospitals may apply. |
| Spot Round | Those appeared in the 2nd Round of counselling either in-person or through online mode (opt out) may take part in the Spot Round of Counselling. |
Estimate Counselling Fee:
- Deposit the estimate counselling fee of Rs. 2500/-
- You can deposit fee through demand draft drawn or via Debit / Credit Card
- Amount of fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
DNB CET Counselling 2023 Procedure:
- Visit official portal of organization www.natboard.edu.in
- Choose link regarding DNB CET July 2023 Counselling Schedule notice.
- Read all details as per notice.
- Make set of essential documents.
- Reach Counselling venue on time.
- Allocation of seats procedure will be approved out on merit cum choice basis.
- Counselling will be simply based on merit prepared.
- You need to pay Counselling fee.
- Choice filling process will be adopt & you may desire institutions/hospitals/medical colleges as per your preference.
- At last step, you need to put forward allotment letter along with fee at college.

Bring the list of documents in original along with self-attested photocopies:
- Rank Letter
- MBBS Degree certificate
- Provisional Pass Certificate
- Permanent Registration official document
- Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary credential as a proof of Date of Birth.
- Proof of declaration of result
- Proof of training completion
- Any document (Bonafide certificate/Mark sheet/Attempt Certificate)
- Any other relevant certificate or document.
