CEPTAM Selection Process:
DRDO put forward thrilling and demanding career opportunities in the very expansive spectrum of subjects/ disciplines at its more than 50 laboratories/ establishments spread throughout the country.
(DRDO) conducts a Centre for Personnel Talent Management the Entry test for the selection of talented contenders for various posts of (STA’B’), Technician ‘A’ (Tech ‘A’), Assistant (Hindi), Admin & Allied Category Posts.
DRDO CEPTAM 2023 Overview:
(CEPTAM) is an organization of (DRDO) and is assigned with the Recruitment of Technical, Administrative & Allied category of non-gazetted personnel, Assessment of DRTC Officers & Staff
DRDO conducts CEPTAM 2023 entry test in two tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) both in computer-based i.e., online mode.
DRDO CEPTAM Tier 1 exam gets organized for screening purpose, and the marks of DRDO CEPTAM Tier 2 exam will be considered for final provisional selection.
Selection Process Details:
- The selection procedure will be based on Written Exam, Skill Test, Trade Test, Physical Test, Medical Test and Interview as per the requirement.
- Applicants will be called for written examination without any scrutiny.
- On the other hand, the unique official document pertaining to (EQR) and other relevant documents will be scrutinized completely before/and at the time of Document Verification/ Interview.
- Those who are fulfilling all the eligibility criteria are called for document verification, trade/ skill test and interview based on their ranking in the written examination
- Last applicant securing equal marks in the bracket are also integrated.
- Final selection will be based on combined merit of post/ category/ sub-category of applicants and on the basis of marks obtained in Written Exam and Interview
- However, it would be mandatory for applicants to secure a minimum 45% marks for SC/ ST and 50% marks for others to qualify the interview.
- If there are two or more candidates in the same category having equal marks, applicants older in age will get preference.
- It is restated that it is also compulsory for shortlisted candidates to pass the prescribed skill/ trade/ physical/ medical tests, as per the norms, wherever applicable.
