Students who will get qualify in GAT – 2023 are required to attend an Online Counselling with Call Letter by downloading from the university website at any of the following six centers for admission to B.Tech. / (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) / B.Arch. / B.Pharm / M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs for the academic year 2023-20.
GITAMGAT Counselling 2023
Students must be present in person with all the necessary documents at the counselling centre. Further, Seats will be allocated to students based on their Marks scored in GITAM GAT 2023 and number of vacant seats in the desired course. Also, students must fill the choice of college and branch in the counselling form.
Eligibility for Admission
Pass in Intermediate or 12th examination from a recognized Central / State Board or its equivalent:
- Tech. Programs : A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Maths, Physics & Chemistry and First Class or equivalent grade in the qualifying exam
- Tech. in Biotechnology: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Maths/ Biology, Physics & Chemistry and First Class or equivalent grade in the qualifying exam
- Pharmacy: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam with Maths/ Biology, Physics & Chemistry subjects.
- Arch: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying Exam with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry subjects and also shall qualify in NATA / JEE (Main).
Rank obtained in GAT (UGTP) :
Students who passed Intermedaite or 10+2 exam or earlier are NOT eligible to appear for GAT.
M.Tech. GAT (PGT)
Pass in the Qualifying Examination as specified below with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade and Score obtained in GAT (PGT) 2023.
