Eligibility Criteria For Goa Polytechnic 2024
- Student should be Indian Citizen and have the domicile of Goa state.
- The Students should have done 10th or Secondary School Certificate examination of the Goa Board or its equal examination from any recognized board.
- The Students should have at least 45% marks (40% for reserving categories) with mathematics, science, and English for engineering courses.
- Student seeking admission in Hotel management and catering technology programmes should gain a minimum 35% in HSSC in any discipline.
- For admission to food & garment technology the required minimum marks are 35% in SSC with mathematics, science &English as necessary subjects.
- To take admission in the pharmacy the, Student would have score minimum 35% in HSSC with Chemistry, Physics, mathematics/ Biology as mandatory subjects.
- For Modern Office Practice the least marks should be 35% in HSSC in any stream.
- There is no stage limit
Submission Form: How to apply
The information booklet and Submission form for Goa Polytechnic admissions will be available at the designated centres. Students have to responsibility Rs. 600/- (Cash) as obligatory Submission form fees along with prospectus.
The Students may also avail the Submission form through post (extra 10/- towards service charge) by sending a request to the address given below along with a request draft of Rs. 600/- payable in favor of Director of Practical Education at Panaji. The proposals will not available on the authorized website or any other website to download.

Admit Card /hall ticket
The admit card for Goal polytechnic admission 2024 will be provided on the very day you give the Submission form from the chosen centers. The Students need to ensure that they have all the significant documents duly showed along with their photographs on the day of submission.
Syllabus
The Students seeking admission in one of the best polytechnic colleges of Goa should go through the study books of Class 12th. Subjects like Physics, English, Biology, Chemistry & Mathematics will be a main part of the Goa Polytechnic exam syllabus.
Exam pattern
The paper include four subjects namely chemistry, physics, mathematics, Biology. Each subject carries 75 questions finished in 2 hours. There will be no bad marking in this exam
Selection Process
The selection of the Student will be made on the basis of rank given by the board based on marks achieved by the students in Polytechnic and qualifying examination. There will be extra scripts to merit offered by the sheet for Students from sports & NCC quota.
Counselling
University will be only called those Students for counselling who have counted well in the entrance exam. Seat allotment and other file verification process are done in counselling.
