IIT JAM Eligibility IIT JAM 2018:
The candidate must have passed their bachelor’s degree (science field) from any authorized university. For the student which are belong to General or OBC (50% of marks) must be needed in graduation and for ST/SC (40% of marks) to apply this examination.

IIT JAM Exam Scheduled 2018
Exam Date: 11th February 2018 (Sunday)
First Paper: Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (CG), and Mathematical Statistics (MS), Time- (9:00AM to 12:00NOON)
Second Paper: Biological Sciences (BL), Mathematics (MA) and Physics (PH), Time-(2:00PM to 5:00PM)
Application Fee IIT JAM 2018:
If the candidate belong to GN category and apply for IIT JAM they need to give RS 1500/- for the female (ST or SC candidate R.s 750/-). If you want to apply for both paper you need to pay Rs. 2100/- and for SC or ST or female and PWD the fee payment is Rs.1050/-
How can apply IIT JAM (2018):
- To apply for IIT JAM 2018, please visit the official website.
- Then click on the online button (will be open after open the official page) and fill the form then the payment process will be started, you can take the print of this record for further usages.
There are 7 test papers will be organized through the online mode. All questions will be based on objective type with three patterns of the question. The time limit will be 3 hours for this examination. The medium is only English for this examination. Negative marking does not existing in this paper for section (B, C).The section table is following:

IIT JAM is Joint Admission test for MSc. It is an entrance test to get admitted in IITs, NITs, or IISc to pursue M.Sc (Four Semesters), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D, M.Sc.-M.Tech., M.Sc.-Ph.D Dual Degree & other courses.
Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility criteria in order to write IIT JAM exam:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from any stream from any recognized university.
• Both Indian as well as Foreign candidates are eligible.
• There is no age limit for IIT-JAM exam.
• Candidates appearing for their final year exams are also eligible.
• Candidates must have minimum of 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories in their Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates also need to submit a physical fitness certificate at the time of admissions. Candidates found unfit to pursue his/her Science course will not be admitted to the institutes.
