Eligibility criteria for Army soldier
SSLC/ Matric/ 1oth class passed from a recognized board
Age limit:
Age should not be less than 17 ½ years old and, neither more than 21 years
Medical Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be in the following medical conditions:
- Aspirants must be in fine physique, and in good mental health.
- The chest of students must be well developed and should boost at least 5 cm after expansion.
- Applicants should have a good/normal hearing capability with both ears, and the eyes.
- Applicants must have 14 dental points
- Applicants must not have any diseases like varicose, piles, etc.
- Contenders should have 6/6 eyesight.
Indian Army Exam Pattern and Syllabus
- The written exam will be of objective type questions where you need to choose one of the 4 options.
- The exam will be of 100 marks
- The duration of the exam will be 1 hr to complete the paper.
- The Paper will be divided into 3 parts GK, maths and GS.
- 30 percent of questions will be on the basis of GK
- 30 percent will be based on maths
- The remaining 40 percent will be based on GS.

- Press on the ‘registration‘ button
- Read all the instructions and then press on the ‘continue‘button.

- After completing the above-tailored step, OTP will be sent on your e-mail id.

Physical Fitness Test Procedure
- Applicants need have to clear 1.6 Km race, Pull-ups, balance, and 9 feet ditch.
- Running consists of a maximum of 60 marks
- Pull-ups will carry 40 marks
Pull-Ups
Those who will be able to do:
- 10 or more 10 pull-ups consist of 40 marks
- Completing 9 pull-ups will get you 33 marks
- 8 will get 27 marks
- 7 will get you 21 marks
- 6 will give you 16 marks.
- Less than six marks will be marked as ineligible.
- Applicants need to meet the criteria for the balance and 9 feet ditch
- No marks will be given to any students for these two PFT.
