Indian Navy B.TECH Entry SCHEME 2023 : Online Apply, Entrance Exam Date, Fees
Applicants need to check the complete eligibility norms. You must execute the situation of nationality as set down by the Govt. of India to join the esteemed Indian Naval Academy for a four-year degree course under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme.
Important Dates:
- Application Available from :Second week of December 2023
- Last date to fill form: First week of January 2023
- Training will commence from :July 2023
Eligibility Conditions
Age Limit:
Applicants must be born between 02 Jan 1999 and 01 Jul 2001 (both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualification:
Passed Senior Secondary Exam or its equivalent exams from any Board with minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths
Eye Sight:
- Least amount satisfactory vision standards for distant vision is 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses.
- Applicants should not be colour/night blind.
Tattoo:
- Permanent body tattoos are not allowed on any part of the body
- On the other hand certain special consideration are permitted to those who belongs to tribal communities/from tribal areas as declared by the Govt of India.
- For other applicant permanent body tattoos are only allowed on inner face of forearms
Cost to Company (CTC):
Selected applicants will get excellent amount of pay scale includes Basic Pay, DA, Military Service Pay, and Transport allowance.
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based on SSB interviews
- Short listed applicants will be informed about their selection for SSB interview on their E-mail or through SMS.
- SSB interview will be organized in two Stages.
- Stage I test consists of Intelligence test, Picture Perception test and GD.
- Applicants who fail to meet the requirements in Stage I will be routed back on the same day.
- Stage II test comprises Psychological testing, Group testing and Interview which will last for 04 days.
- Successful applicant will after that undergo Medical Exam (approx duration 03-05 days).
Physical standards:
- Minimum Height 157 cms with co-related weight
- Vision standards: 6/6,6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses
- Applicants must not be colour or night blind
Note:
- Body tattoos allowed on inner face or forearms only.
- Tribes with tattoo marks as per existing customs will be permitted on a case to case basis
