Jammu and Kashmir ITI 2024 registration will soon going to be start. Directorate of Technical Education was established in the year 1981 for the management and control of the institutions commencing Technical/ Vocational Trainings in the state.

Jammu and Kashmir ITI Application Process 2024
Applications are invited from the enduring residents of Jammu & Kashmir State who have minimum age of 14 years with no bar for upper age, for admission in different trades functioning in various Government ITIs of the State functioning under NCVT/SCVT for the session 2024- 22 commencing from August 2024. Students who desire to apply for admission they are advised to obtain the application forms for Free and Payment Seats on cash payment of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty only) which will be available in different ITIs w. e. f. last week of May 2024 to last week of June 2024 and end date for receipt of forms duly filled is up to last week of June .
Necessary documents:
Complete application form should be accompanied by self-attested copies of:
- State Subject /Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Marks Certificate of qualifying examination.
- Certificate showing Date of Birth.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/Ex. Serviceman/Physically Handicapped) if any.
- Two Self Attested photographs.
Important Note:
- Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying exam.
- On successful completion of training in affiliated Trades running under NCVT, official document will be awarded by National Council for Vocational Training, GoI.
- On successful completion of training in Trades running under SCVT, official document will be awarded by State Council for Vocational Training.

- Students must follow the below criteria:
- Those who are permanent residents of the Jammu and Kashmir
State they are eligible to apply - Those who are between 14-40 years of age are eligible to apply
- There is no upper age limit for exclusively women candidates s.
- Those who possess academic qualification prescribed for each trade they are eligible to take admission.
- Those who undertake to stand for by the rules/regulations of the ITI’s.
