Applicants should keep with themselves a copy of scanned certificates of the following before filling the online Application Form:
- Certificate of permanent residence.
- Marks certificate of the qualifying exam issue by the concerned Board.
- Matriculation exam certificate indicating Date of Birth.
- Any official certificate indicating Date of Birth.
- Category (reserved category including Sports and TFW )certificate
JK Polytechnic 2024 Instructions for Photograph
- While filling the online Application form for JK Polytechnic 2024 you are requested to upload a photograph of themselves along with their signatures and thumb impressions.
- Image should be taken in a light colored background.
- Photograph/ signature/ thumb-impression images must be in JPG/JPEG
- Maximum size of image should be from 100 – 200 KB
- Maximum size for signature/ thumb-impression must be in between from 10-50 KB.
- Name and date of candidates on the image must be clear and legible.
- Image should be without a cap and goggles.
- Spectacles are allowed in image

Students need to make payment of Application Fee of Rs.450 which has to be made through ‘Integrated Payment Gateway’ with the help of either of the following-
- Net Banking
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
Complete process to fill Jammu Kashmir Polytechnic online admission form 2024

- Press on to the Submit button and get hard copy of form
Note:
- In case you Forget your Application Number press on the link ‘Forgot Application Number’.
- New page will appear where you need to choose your Examination Type and enter your Name, Father’s Name and DOB and Verification code and then press on o Submit button.
