 JEXPO 2024 Counselling will start from second week of June 2024. It is managed by the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development. JEXPO (WB Polytechnic) is a state level examination which gets organized for those who wish to get an admission into various polytechnic colleges in West Bengal state..

JEXPO Counselling 2024

Applicants will be called for the counselling on the basis of the rank secured by them in the examination. You will be able to register for the JEXPO 2024 Counselling Process from June 2024, Must keep the entire mandatory document with you. JEXPO Counselling 2024.

JEXPO 2024 Counselling   will be conducted through online mode. It is compulsory to register for counselling. It is organized in three rounds. Candidates have to fill the choices of colleges & courses according to their preferences.

JEXPO 2024 Counselling Procedure

Counselling procedure consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Registration:

• After the declaration of the result, you need to register for the counselling from the website.
• Visit the website.
• On the home page you need to click on the “New Registration” section.
• Fill “Enrollment Number” & “Index Number”.
• Click on the “Proceed” button.
• Edit your personal details (if required). Otherwise click on the submit button.
• Check your personal details & then, click on the “Confirm” button.
• Fill password of your choice.
• Click on the submit button.

Step 2: Student Login:

• Now, go to the “Student Login” section.
• Fill your “Enrollment Number” & “Password”.
• Click on the “login” button.

Step 3: Choice Filling:

• Students need to fill choices of courses & colleges as per their preferences.
• Fill as numerous numbers of choices as possible to increase their possibility of securing a preferred seat as per their rank.
• Follow the choice filling section of the website.
• Add combinations of Institution & Course one by one as per your preference.
• Save your filled choices.
• After final entry of choices press on to the “Lock” button.
• At the end take print for further process.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

• After a few days of choice locking, the seat allotment result will be available.
• You may check it through online mode from the website.
• Results will be intimated to applicants via SMS in their registered mobile number.
• Allotment of seats gets completed based on rank, filled choices, availability of seats, etc.

Step 5: Allotment Letter

You may download their allotment letter cum money receipt.

Read all instructions given in the allotment letter with awareness.

Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted Institutions

• You need to report at the allotted institute physically with allotment letter & all credentials for verification.
• Applicants need to deposit Rs. 500 in cash towards final seat booking fee within a given time..
• If applicants don’t report in a given time, then admission will lead to postponed of allotted seat & candidature.

Documents Required for Admission

Applicants must bring the given documents at the time of admission.

• 10th or equivalent examination Admit Card
• 10th or equivalent examination Mark Sheet
• JEXPO Admit Card 2024
• Category Certificate
• Two hard copy of the Allotment Letter cum Money Receipt
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Filled-in Anti Ragging Affidavit
