Estimate Fee:

• GEN/OB categories need to submit an estimate fee of Rs. 1000.
• Those who belong to the SC/ST/PWD category, they have to pay Rs. 500.

Complete process to Fill KVPY Registration Process 2024

Applicants are required to follow the given steps to fill the KVPY application form 2024:

• Registration
• Login & Fill the Application Form
• Fee Payment
• Check the Application Status

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official site. (Link will be given above)
• On the main home page you need to press on “Click here” link.
• Read all instructions
• Thereafter press on login button.
• Choose on “Click here for registration” link.
• Enter candidates Name, DOB, Presently Studying Class, Stream, Nationality, Specify Citizenship, Email ID, Mobile number for registration.
• Click on the “Register” button.
• On successful registration, you will receive the “User ID”and “Password” on the registered Email and Mobile No.
• Note down the User ID & Password for further use.

Step 2: Login & Fill the Application Form

• Enter “User ID” & “Password”.
• Click on the “Login” button.
• Fill asked information such as personal details, academic details and exam center preference.
• Upload Scanned photograph, signature and Cast/Disability certificate.
• After filling asked details, you may review all the details before submitting the application form.
• To review the application form you need to press on “Preview Application”.
• Press on “Submit” button.

Note: 

Maximum size should be less than 150 KB (Photograph) and less than 80 KB (Signature) and Caste certificate size should be 300 KB (JPEG/JPG/PDF).

Step 3: Fee Payment

• Re-login again with “User ID” & “Password” for fee payment.
• Select Payment mode.
• Candidates can submit the fee through Online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) or Offline (Challan) mode.
• After completion of fee payment, press on the “Submit” button.
• You will get a message on top of Form as “Your Application is under Scrutiny”.

Note: 

Scrutiny of form will take at least two working days from the time of successful submission of the application.

Step-4: Check the Application Status

• After two days, you need to login again with same “User ID” & “Password” to check the status of the application.
• The message will be shown on the top of the application which says “Your application is successfully submitted” or “Your Application has been Approved”.
• At the end take the printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

KVPY Admit card

• Applicants can download the KVPY admit card 2020 from the notification page.
• The KVPY admit card will be found in the 2nd week of October, 2020.
• You may download His/her admit card by using the unique registration number.
