 Eligibility Criteria for BSF recruitment 2024

The age of the candidate should be 21 years to 30 years. For other posts, the age of the candidate should be 18 years to 25 years and will be eligible.

For Sub-inspector: Candidates must have completed higher secondary education along with three years of Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized institute.

For Constable: Applicant should pass secondary education along with ITI for the technical posts from a recognized university.

The applicants from the reserved category will get relaxation in the upper age as per the rules and regulations of the higher authority.

Candidates should also the physical standards in order to apply for the posts of BSF.

SC/ST candidates: 5 years

OBC: 3 years

For Male candidates: 5 km race in 24 minutes

Female candidates: 1.6 km race in 8.30 minutes

Medical Examination

Candidates must not have squinted eyes and should possess high color vision. The candidate must be in good mental and physical health. Selection Process for BSF Bharti 2024

The selection of the candidates will be on the premises of the score attained by the candidates in BSF recruitment. After qualifying for the exam the candidates will be shortlisted. The candidates have to clear the physical and medical tests.

Admit Card

Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website. The admit card contains the name of the candidate, photograph, signature, exam center, exam time, etc. If all the information provided in the admit card is correct, the candidate needs to take a printout copy and carry it to the exam center. Admit card is a mandatory document to carry to the exam hall.

Result

The result will be declared on the official site of BSF.  It contains the name of the candidate, father’s name, category, caste, date of birth, marks, paper name, address, and other details. Candidates need to enter their hall ticket number and the result will appear on the screen.
