(MPPSC) State Service Exam selection process
Selection Procedure:
Combined Competitive Examination comprises two successive stages.
State Service Preliminary Examination :
The exam will be (Objective type) for selection of candidates for Main Exam
State Service Main Examination
The exam will be based on (written and interview) for selection of candidates for the various categories of services and posts.
- Preliminary Exam:
The preliminary exam will consist of two papers, Exam will be of objective type (MCQ)
- Paper I (General Studies)
- Paper II (General Aptitude test)
- Total 400 marks.
Each paper will be set in accordance with the scheme given below:-
(I)
- Both the question papers will be of MCQ.
- Every question will have four likely answers
- You need to choose the option from only A, B, C or D as may be judged by him to be the correct answer.
(II)
- Every question papers will consist of 100 questions
- Each question consists of 2 marks each.
- Total marks for each paper will be 200
- Exam duration will be of 2 hours.
(III)
Each question paper will be in Hindi and English.
2: Main Examination:
Main Exam will consist of a written exam and an interview test Total Marks 1575.
Written Examination:-
The written exam will consist of Six Papers of conventional essay type
3: Interview Test
Interview test will carry 175 marks.
Note:
- Except General Hindi & Hindi Essay Writing question papers will come in Hindi
- Other question papers will be available in Hindi & English medium.
