NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture is Entrance Examination that takes place on the national level. Course is offered by few institutions and this is one of them. You must go through the offline examination.

NATA application Form 2024

National Aptitude Test in Architecture is conducted by Council of Architecture to give admission to the eligible candidates into 5 years Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in various private or government universities. Exam will be conducted two times a year.

National Aptitude Test in Architecture 2024 will be conducted by the Council Of Architecture (CoA). This exam is the gateway for admission of diligent students to 5 years (B.Arch) in different government and private colleges across India.

NATA is the most important architecture exam in India and it is expected that a lot of candidates will apply for NATA 2024. In order to clear this exam, the applicants should possess exemplary drawing skills.  CoA conducts this exam twice in a year once the months of April and once in the month of July.

NATA 2024 Exam Dates:

Complete process to fill NATA 2024 Application Form:

• Interested candidates can fill this form Online Mode.
• NATA 2024 registration form will start to appear from the month of January
• You need to register the application form 1st week of February 2024
• Fill the application form as well as submit it via the official website. There is the option to submit the upload document & photo
• Applicants will give only chances to apply for NATA exam during the time when latest scorecard is applicable
• Make sure for following the instructions while filling the registration form.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Those who have completed SSC class Xth or the equivalent exam while applying for NATA
• Candidate need to have complete class XIIth examination or some equivalent exam with subjects such as Maths
• Students who want to apply for NATA must have at least 50% marks in the 10+2 or Diploma Exam.
• No lateral admission criteria followed for admission in any of the year for B.Arch.

Age Criteria: 

Student must have Age 17 year

NATA Exam Pattern:

• Type of Exam: Students need to go through two different parts such as drawing test as well as aesthetic sensitivity test.
• Mode for test: For drawing test, offline mode will go which means pen and paper mode. On the other hand, online mode is applicable for aesthetic sensitivity test which means computer based test
• Number of Questions for drawing test: Three questions will be there for drawing test
• Duration of the exam: Two hours for drawing test
• Number of Questions for aesthetic sensitivity: 40 Objective Type Questions.
• Duration of the exam: For answering the questions, 90 seconds allotted in CBT mode.
• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in the exam.

Exam Pattern of Drawing Test:

• 2D  questions,  25 marks for 2 hours duration
• 3D questions for 25 marks
• Theme sketch question comprises of 25 questions

National Aptitude Test in Architecture Entrance Exam Admit Card:

• During the time of registration, NATA admit card will be issued. Hall Ticket consists relevant information such as test date, candidate’s email address, appointment number, test center, time of test and lots more.
• Dear viewers it is necessary to carry this admit card to the exam center and ID proof while entering the examination centre.

NATA Result:

• Results of the NATA 2024 will be announced most probably by the fourth working day as soon as the test date gets over.
• One can download the score via NATA’s official site. It is suggested to get hard copy of the score while applying for the admission.
• One can retrieve the original NATA score and verify it from the NATA server
