As per news (2016)/ Information:- Applicants who applied in NEET-1st phase can’t reappeared in NEET-2nd Phase, announced by Supreme Court. But the applicants who could not appear in NEET 1st Stage may appear in NEET-2nd Stage. NEET Exam Eligibility 2018 : Exam News, Conditions, Update.

  • All applicants apply here if you are belong to Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are Eligible for apply or appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG).
  • Applicants has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S. /B.D.S. courses.
  • The maximum age limit for applicants looking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats in Dental or Medical Colleges run by the Union of India, Municipal, State Government and other local authorities in India except in the State of Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination.
  • Further provided that this maximum age limit shall be relaxed by a time period of 5 years for the applicants of Scheduled Castes (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (ST) or Other Backward Classes (OBC).
  • The applicants must have completed with the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Bio-technology and English individually and should have secured at least 50% marks taken together in Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.
  • In respect of applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (ST) or Other Backward Classes (OBC), the scores secured in Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50% for General Applicants.
  • Further, for persons for locomotors disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for Scheduled Cast (SC-PH) or Scheduled Tribes (ST-PH) or Other Backward Classes (OBC-PH) are needed.

Those who are applying XIIth Class education or examination in 2015 can also apply for the entrance exam provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.
