Only those students who will qualified NEET 2024 with the minimum required percentile they will be eligible to participate counselling of NEET 2024. Result of NEET counselling 2024 will be released in the form of seat allotment list.

NEET is scheduled to be conducted in the first week of May 2024 in pen and paper based mode. As many as 235 medical colleges will participate in the counselling process of NEET 2024. A total of three rounds of NEET 2024 counselling will be organized including a mop-up round.

NEET Online Counseling Process 2024 General Eligibility Criteria
- Only students who will qualify in NEET 2024 entrance test by achieving prerequisite minimum qualifying percentile they will be eligible to participate in the NEET 2024 counselling.
- Students who belonging to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir will not eligible to participate in NEET counselling.
- To be eligible to participate in the NEET 2024 counselling, register through MCC website within the stipulated time.
NEET Online Counseling Process 2024- Step-by-step procedure
Authority will begin the registration process of NEET 2024 in the second week of June 2024.

Registration
- You need to register online at mcc.nic.in.
- A link to fill the registration form will be made available on this page
- You will be required to submit their Roll number, registration number, name, mother’s name, and date of birth as printed on their NEET rank letter.
Counselling Fee Payment
- In order to successfully register you need to pay a refundable and a non-refundable fee within the stipulated time period.
- Fee can be paid only through online medium by Credit/Debit card or internet banking.

Exercising & Locking Choices
- After successful registration, fill choice of course and give preferences of the college/institute they wish to get admission into.
- While filling the references, a list of colleges will be displayed.
- There is no limit to the number of choices you can fill.
- After adding the choices in the list, you may change the sequence by moving them up or down, interchange choices and delete choices.
- It is advisable to lock the choices.
- If there are no saved choices then it has been considered that you have not selected any choices.
Seat Allotment List
- After each round of counselling, the seat allotment results will be declared.
- NEET counselling result will released in the form of the seat allotment list and seat allotment letter will disclose the seat allotted to students.
Reporting to the Allotted College
Applicants must report at the designated college to complete the admission formalities.
Necessary Documents:
- NEET 2024 Admit Card
- NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
- Class 10 official document and mark sheet (for date of birth)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- Eight passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
NEET Cutoff 2024:
Only those students who will be scoring marks equal to or more than the NEET 2024 cutoff will be invited to participate in the counselling procedure. Cutoff of NEET 2020 will be released along with the result.
For each category, the cutoff percentile will be diverse. For reference students may check the NEET cutoff of previous along with cutoff score and the number of students who achieved the respective percentile inw.
