Easy process to fill NID Application Form 2024 Details

• Applicants may fill the application form from October.
• You need to register them before filling National Institute of Design application form.
• Upload the scanned images, signature & other required certificates.
• SC/ST and PwD category upload the required certificates in the prescribed format.
• In case of payment through DD, you need to send the printed application form along with DD to the official address.
• End date to submit the application form will be in November.

Steps to fill NID Application Form 2024

• Visit the official site to fill National Institute of Design application form.
• On the home page follow recruitment section press on the “Sign Up” button.
• Register yourself by entering details.
• Fill all the required details in National Institute of Design application form.
• Upload scanned images, signature and other necessary documents according to the specified format.
• Next step is to pay fee as per the category you belongs to
• Pay the application fee through online or offline mode.
• After fee payment, take the printout of form for future use.
• Send the printed form along with essential documents to the authority address only in case of fee payment through DD.

• Fee can be paid through credit card/ debit card and Demand Draft.
• Demand draft must be made in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi.

Exam Pattern

• Prelims will be directed in 2 parts.
• Mains exam will involve of 2 parts: interviews and studio test.
• Question paper will be in English language
• Time for completing exam will be three hours.
• Part-1 consists MCQs where part-2 is type of subjective.
• No negative marking.
• Exam will be based on pen and paper.

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Des:

• Upper age limit is 20 years.
• For reserved category, 3 years relaxation.
• Those have passed/appearing in the 12th standard exam may apply.
• Those applying under the appearing category need to show proof of passing the qualifying exam at the time of admission.

For M.Des:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Diploma holders in design in 10+2+4 level can also apply.
• Prescribed upper age limit is 30 years.
• 3 years and for PwD candidates
