Domicile Requirements:
Contenders fall into three categories.
- Z- Domicile or Outside State Candidates. 15% of seats are reserved for such candidates.
- L- Domicile – 0.5% of total seats are reserved for Odia students living in outlying Odia speaking areas.
- S-Domicile – Odisha state candidates fall in this group and remaining seats will be available for applicants those who belonging to this group.
Complete process to apply for Odisha Polytechnic Admission 2023
- Eligible candidates can apply through ONLINE mode for all Diploma Courses through Directorate of Technical Education & Training, Odisha website from first week of April 2023
- Applicants need to complete the registration process through three steps for completion of his/her application i.e. Registration, Upload images and Fee payment.
- You are required to logout after registration and again login to upload images and fee payment.
- Application form will be opened on the screen.
- Visit the official site and on the home you are required to go through the “New Candidate Registration” tab.
- Now, press on the “Apply” button.
- Read all the instructions carefully
- Pres on the option “Click here to Proceed”.
- Fill asked details such as personal and qualification and other required details carefully
- After filling the form application form number will be generated.
- Upload the scanned images of photo and signature
- After uploading the images, you are required to proceed for the fee payment option.
- Pay the application fee through online or offline mode.
- At the end you are required to take printout of the application for further use.
Admission fee:
- 200/- for SC/ST/PC/FEMALE candidates
- 250/- for Male candidates
- Fee can be paid only through ATM-cum-Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ e-Challan

- Online registration process will begin from: First week of April 2023
- Last date for online registration :First week of June to Second week of June
Eligibility criteria
- Passed HSC/10th class examination
- Minimum Age Limit Will Be 16 Years
- There will be no upper age limit to apply.
