Philippines Got Talent 2024 | Eligibility Criteria | Documents: Philippines is a famous reality talent show and is broadcast on the ABS – CBN Network. This show was first telecasted on 20 February 2010. Through the internet, the participants are able to join via text and online registration. The auditions are held in key cities such as Manila, Baguio, Batangas, Cebu, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro. The first season premiered on 20 February 2010 and ended on 13 June 2010. There are six winners, four from singing acts while the remaining two are dance acts. • The candidate who has any unique talent can join and showcase their talent in the audition.
• The participant should carry identity proof and nationality.
• The candidate should be mentally and physically levels well and good.
• The contestant does not have a criminal background.

Audition Stages

Pre-auditions

The first stage of the competition is pre-audition and was held in key cities in the Philippines. There are mini auditions that can be held in several provinces and cities in the Philippines and judged by the staff of Philippines Got Talent. This round is held various months before the judge’s audition. The participants are allowed to audition online by submitting their audition video through the Philippines website.

Live Auditions

The judges may end the performance of an act early by pressing their red buzzer. In season 5 the Golden buzzer is introduced. For each season the judge can press the Golden buzzer which is used automatically to advance to the live semi-finals. The hosts were given the power to press it in the sixth season.

Judges Cull

After the live auditions are finished, the judges will deliberate all the acts that passed the auditions. In the end, only twenty-eight acts will be selected to enter the live semi-finals.

Semifinals

After judges deliberate the twenty-eight acts in the judges cull, each act will then go to a battle of talents, wherein six acts only will qualify for the grand finals.

Grand Finals

The acts that managed to pass through the first four eliminations will compete in a live grand finale event for a final performance in the show. The winner will be decided by the public as the grand winner will be announced with the most number of public votes.
