Before applying for Counselling need to make sure that they have reported to the last allotted institute. You can check the allotment by log-in to their accounts.. The last date to report to the allotted institute is going to be announced soon. You need to make sure that they carry all the required documents along with them for verification.
REAP Counselling 2023 : REAP Counselling Registration, Important Dates
Registrations for counseling will be commenced from first week of June 2023. Those who plan to participate in REAP counseling they will have to get registered and exercise choice filling. Counseling and seat allotment of REAP 2023 will be conducted individually for Rajasthan state candidates and Out of Rajasthan candidates.
REAP Counselling 2023
You should know that there will be total three rounds of REAP 2023 counselling – 1 round for Out of Rajasthan students second round for Rajasthan State students , and third round for upward movement. A special round will also be carried out at organization level. If students doesn’t participate in the main round of REAP counselling, he/she can take part in spot round
Admission Counselling 2023
Dear students we would like to inform you that for spot round there will be separate registration and choice filling. You register for REAP on the basis of JEE Main score or Class XII percentile, but the previous will be given preference. Seat allotment will be based on the combined merit list, options entered by students, and availability of seats.

REAP 2018 General Instructions
- To participate in counselling of REAP you should mandatorily get registered
- Registration for counselling rounds will open in first week of June
- Those who didn’t fill the registration form for the main rounds can register for the special round, when registration will open again.
- Registration can be done based on JEE Main rank or Class 12 percentile
- Two separate REAP merit lists will be prepared – one for JEE Main candidates and other for Class 12 percentile candidates.
- Lists will be then combined, to prepare a combined merit list.
- Students will be able to check their merit in the combined list by logging into their REAP accounts
- Allotment of seat will be done on the basis of the rank of students in the combined list, availability of seats and preference of choices made.
- Counselling will be done online through a centralized counselling system.
- Options/Choices filling will be allowed only once (except in special round)
- If no choices are submitted by students , then choices will automatically get locked and submitted after the last date of submission.
- Aadhaar card is compulsory for joining at the Reporting Institute.
Online REAP 2023 Counselling Procedure
Follow the following steps:
Step 1 – Registration
- Payment of Registration fee.
- Filling of the registration form:
- You need to next enter their email id and mobile number, and other necessary personal, educational, category, and communication details.
- Upload of Photograph in the prescribed format
- Submit the form:
- Upon successful registration, you will receive the login details in their registered email id and mobile number.
Step 2 – Option/ Choice Filling
Choice filling:
- Only those students who have made the advance payment will be able to work out choice filling.
- Choices entered must be in the order of preference
- Submit the choices/options:

- Printout of completed registration form
- A recent colour photograph
- Self-attested photocopy and originals
- Aadhaar Card
- JEE Main 2023 scorecard (If any)
- Class 12 marksheet
- Class 10 Board certificate ( as proof of DOB)
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination
- Category certificate
- Domicile certificate
