RRB Selection Process
RRB Selection Process is comprised of the three stages that are explained below in this page.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification
RRB Computer Based Test (CBT)

- Duration of exam will be 90 minutes.
- Negative marking will be applicable by 1/3rd for every incorrect answer.
- Total number of questions which will be asked in an exam is 100.
- Mode of exam paper will be English, Hindi or Regional language.

RRB Document Verification 2023
- Applicants who will clear the CBT and PET will be called for document verification.
- If students will get the same marks in marks, the older candidate will be considered for the selection.
- Applicants who will get shortlisted for DV along with the documents you are required to bring two sets of their self-attested photocopies.
- No extra time will be given to students who fail to produce their original credentials at the time of DV process.
- All official document should be in Hindi or English only.
Other necessary documents required
- Aadhar Card
- Caste official document (For reserved category candidates)
- Date of Birth proof
- Class 10th official document
- Medical certificate for PWD Candidates
- Self-attested xerox copy of the above-mentioned documents
On the basis of three stages explained above, the final selection will take place for the recruitment of RRB posts.
