Eligibility Criteria for SBI Bank PO

Age Limit: Candidate must have 21 years age for SBI PO exam. The maximum age to apply for the Probationary Officer is 30 years. The age relaxation of the candidates is as follows.

For SC/ST candidates: 35 years

Other Backward Classes: 33 years

PWD (General/EWS): 40 years

Educational Qualification

The candidate must complete undergraduate degree from a recognized university. All the final year university students who are interested can also apply. The candidates having integrated dual degree or integrated masters have to submit proof of getting graduation certificates. The candidate qualifying for chartered accountancy can also apply for SBI PO exam.

SBI PO Exam Pattern

The candidates first qualify the Preliminary examination after that main examination which is called SBI PO Mains. After qualifying for the mains examination the candidates will be shortlisted for further group discussion or personal interview. The exam contains 100 multiple choice questions from three different sections.

Training Period

The joining salary will be 27, 620. During the probation period of 2 years, all the junior managers will receive three advance increments.
