SBI Selection Procedure 2023, SBI SELCTION PROCESS 2023 : Online Result, Merit List, Job Location, State Bank of India organize various exam and interview for the selection of diligent students in various department , Students gets so nervous about the selection process that which round they are to face .. Selection Process consists of Three Phases – Phase I, Phase II & Phase III.
Selection Process consists of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview. Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. Duration of exam will be 1 hour consisting of 3 Sections as follows.

Applicants are required to qualify in each of the three tests by securing passing marks to be decided by the Bank.
Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank .
Phase II:
- Main Exam (Total 250 marks) consisting of Objective Tests
- 200 marks will be given for Objective Tests and 50 marks for Descriptive Test
- Objective Tests will be organized for 3 hour duration and will consists of 4 Sections

(ii). Descriptive Test
DT will consists of 30 Min duration
50 Question will be asked in an exam
Exam will be of “Test of English Language
Note:
Descriptive Test paper will be evaluated who have scored qualifying marks in the Objective Tests and are placed adequately high as per total marks in objective test.
Phase III: Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)
- Aggregate marks of applicants qualifying in both the Objective Tests and Descriptive Test in every category.
- Adequate number of applicants in each category, as decided by the Bank will be called for Group Exercises and Interview.
- Qualifying marks in Group Exercises & Interview will be determined by the Bank.
Final Selection:
- Marks obtained in the Preliminary Exam (Phase-I) will not be added for the selection and only the marks obtained in Main Exam (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive Test
- GE& Interview (Phase-III) for preparation of the last merit list.
- Applicants have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.
- Marks secured by applicants in the Written Test (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25.
- Final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Written Test and Group Exercises &Interview out of 100 for each category.
- Selection will be made from the top merit ranked contenders in each category.
- Results of applicants who have qualified for Group Exercises & Interview
- List of candidates who will finally get chosen will be made available on the Bank’s website.
- Final select list will be available in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar and also in Bank’s website.
Final Selection:
- Confirmation of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application
- Qualifying in test of particular opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above
