Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2024

Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) will be conducted by the Symbiosis International University for admission to its various constituent colleges. SET is common for admission in diverse streams. Students who are desirous of admission to the affiliated colleges of SIU can apply for SET 2024.

While applying for the entrance examination applicants need to mention the Institution in which they are desirous of taking admission. Symbiosis SET is a university level exam organized every year to offer admission into various UG and Integrated courses.

Students have to qualify the entrance test to get admission into various courses. Admission of eligible students will be through entrance exam to the exam qualifying candidates in the affiliated colleges/universities. SYMBIOSIS ENTRANCE TEST (SET) 2024 Notification Details 

Symbiosis SET 2024 Application Form will be available from the 2nd week of February 2024 through online mode. The registration of candidates will start from the 2nd week of February 2024 till the 2nd week of April 2024. You need to register either for one paper or two, one in the morning session and another in the afternoon.

• You may go through below given details regarding SYMBIOSIS ENTRANCE TEST (SET) 2024:
• Form for Symbiosis SET 2024 will be released in the month of January 2024 in online mode.
• You need to register online from last week of January 2024 to the second week of April 2024 
• Enter the correct and accurate details in the form.
• While filling up the application form online, upload their photo and signature, and make the fee payment.
• No changes in SYMBIOSIS ENTRANCE TEST (SET) 2024 form shall be allowed after closing date under any circumstance.

Application fee payment can be done through online mode – debit card, credit card or net banking.

SYMBIOSIS ENTRANCE TEST (SET) 2024 Eligibility Criteria

 Nationality:

Indians/ NRIs/ Foreign Nationals (FN) OCI/ Person of Indian origin (PIO) are eligible to apply for the exam.

For B.Tech:

Qualifying Exam: 

Passed 12th exam with Physics and Mathematics .

Percentage Required: 

Students must have scored minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved candidate) in qualifying exam.

For BA LLB/BBA LLB:

Qualifying Exam: 

Students should have passed 12th level from a recognized board.

Percentage Required: 

Students have scored minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved candidate).

Appearing: 

Candidate appearing in the class 12th are also eligible to apply.

For BCA:

Qualifying Exam: 

Passed Class 12th with recognized board or hold a 3 year diploma

Percentage Required: 

Students should scored minimum 50% marks.

Appearing: 

Appearing students in class 12th or in final year of diploma can also apply.

Symbiosis SET 2024 Exam Pattern

• Papers: Exam comprises of 4 different papers -SLAT/SET/SEED/SITEEE.
• Sessions: There will be two sessions i.e. morning session (SLAT/SEED) and after noon (SET/SITEEE).
• Exam Mode: Online mode.
• Time Duration:  2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Total Number of Questions:  150 questions in SLAT/SEED and SET and 100 questions will be for SITEEE exam.
• Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each right answer
• Negative Marking: No provision for negative marking in the test.

• You need to clear your basic concept of mathematics and logical reasoning.
• Learn several shortcuts tricks and solve the problems of mathematics quickly.
• Solve the mock tests and sample papers regularly.

SYMBIOSIS ENTRANCE TEST (SET) 2024 Admit Card

Symbiosis SET 2024 Admit card for the various entrance tests will be released in the third week of April 2024. Applicants need to carry admit cards along with any of the ID Proof.

Symbiosis SET 2024 Result

• Symbiosis SET 2024 Result will be announced in the 2nd week of May 2024. Students will be able to download their results online by entering their user id and password.
• Merit will be prepared after results release as per the marks scored by the candidates.
• Applicants whose name will get shortlisted in the merit will be next called for counselling process.
