This show is a famous and popular television program. This show is based on the Voice of Holland. This reality show has done a lot of seasons with huge success. Format of the Show

Production Auditions: The production auditions are not televised and only the best singers are selected. They do a blind audition, which is similar to the theatre rounds in the previously mentioned talent shows.

Blind Auditions: During the blind auditions, the judges select singers based on musicality and voice. Every candidate will have the opportunity to sing a song of their own for about one and half a minute. If one of the coaches decides to place the artist on his team the candidate will press the button. If two or more coaches want the same artist on their team, the artist may select which coach wants to go with.

The Battles: Every battle has one winner, who is picked by the coach and one other person. Every team has five acts in the sing-off. All artists must sing a song from the blind auditions. Only two candidates can be selected to go to the finals.

Finale: In the final stage there is one finalist per team. The winner is named using public Televoting.

Coaches and Hosts

The coaches Mactro Borasto, Nick and Simon, and Angela Groothuizen were declared in 2011. Angela Groothuizen was appointed by John de Mol to also participate in the second season. The host from the adult version Martijn Krabbe and wendy van Dijk was also appointed as host in the kid’s version.
